Surescripts is seeking a Senior Analytics Business Partner to help create a data-driven culture and translate business needs into analytical solutions within healthcare technology. You will collaborate with business leaders, customers, and the Data & Analytics team to define value, prioritize roadmaps, and drive sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in related, progressive roles.
2+ years as Product Owner, System Analyst, BI Analyst or similar.
Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology.
Experience with data governance and analytical life cycle.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to shape data & analytics roadmaps and vision.
Serve as liaison between business owners, end users, and analytics engineering teams.
Lead prioritization and backlog reconciliation for Data & Analytics delivery.
Translate business ideas into technical requirements with SME input.
Lead user acceptance testing and document enhancements for future phases.
