Job summary
CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking an experienced Senior Informaticist/Senior Analytics Consultant to translate complex data into actionable insights across pharmacy, sales, and operations. You will serve as a strategic analytics partner to business leaders, guiding problem definition, hypothesis testing, and solution delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 5+ years analytics experience or Master's + 3+ years.
- Consultative analytics partner to business stakeholders, defining problems and opportunities.
- Lead projects through the full analytics lifecycle with implementation support.
- Experience in analytics, BI, informatics, pharmacy or sales analytics.
- Proficiency with SQL and reporting/visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic priorities.
- Partner with business leaders to define problems and opportunities.
- Independently lead analytics engagements from intake to delivery.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks and KPIs.
- Design metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for execs and teams.
- Influence strategic decisions by delivering data-driven insights.
