Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years analytics experience or Master's with 3+ years analytics experience.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define problems, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading analytics projects through the full lifecycle from intake to implementation.
• Progressive experience in analytics, BI, informatics, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting/visualization tools, and analytics methodologies.
• Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic priorities and operational performance.
• Act as a consultative analytics partner to business leaders to define problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake through delivery of business outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers.
• Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• Influence strategic decisions by providing insights that impact growth and efficiency.
