Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of analytics experience.
- Experience as a consultative analytics partner with stakeholders to define problems and deliver recommendations.
- Experience leading analytics projects through full lifecycle (intake to delivery).
- Progressive experience in analytics, BI, informatics, pharmacy/sales analytics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting/visualization tools, and analytics methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic priorities and performance.
- Serve as analytics partner to business leaders, helping define problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Independently lead analytics engagements from intake to delivery of business outcomes.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and drivers.
- Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for executives and stakeholders.
- Influence decisions by providing insights impacting growth and efficiency.
