The role partners with functional leaders to set priorities, develop KPI frameworks, and deliver accurate, timely reporting that drives performance and profitability. Strong business acumen, leadership, and advanced analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a BS/BA in a quantitative field and at least 5+ years in BI, analytics, or finance analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for complex modeling and reporting.
• Expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data warehousing (Snowflake) required.
• Ability to design dashboards, scorecards, and scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a BI & Analytics team delivering accurate insights.
• Partner with leaders to define KPI frameworks and reporting standards.
• Develop enterprise dashboards and forecasting models for seasonal demand.
• Turn large datasets into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and governance across reporting.
• Support budgeting, planning, and performance management with analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and HR to improve forecasting accuracy.
