Job summary

Blue Matter, a rapidly growing management consultancy focused in the biopharmaceutical industry, seeks a Consultant / Senior Consultant in Analytics. You will design and deliver analytics-based solutions across the product lifecycle, including forecasting, market assessments, and analytics for launch and portfolio strategy, working with IQVIA, Veeva, MMIT data.

You will mentor Associates, develop dashboards, present to clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) in a quantitative field, life sciences, or business.
• 4–7 years of quantitative analytical experience, preferably in life sciences consulting or the pharmaceutical industry (Consultant: 4‑6 years, Senior Consultant: 5‑7 years)
• Demonstrated career progression and increasing ownership of client deliverables

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver analytics-based solutions across the product lifecycle, including forecasting, commercial modeling and market assessments.
• Lead the development of analytical frameworks, dashboards, and tools that enable data-driven decisions.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor Associates and Associate Consultants on analytical techniques, project execution, and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
