Job summary

Prominence Advisors is seeking a Manager of Analytics to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges by driving strategic process improvements and managing complex projects. You will lead analytics data products, collaborate with executive stakeholders, and translate data capabilities into concrete solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will work within a Data & AI organization, focusing on adoption, usability, and impact beyond dashboards, in a role that blends strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data product management, including leading analytics initiatives or teams
• 3+ years in a leadership/management role within analytics, business intelligence, or data products
• Experience partnering with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
• Experience defining and delivering analytics products based on customer problems, use cases, desired outcomes, adoption, and organizational value
• Experience prioritizing analytics initiatives and competing stakeholder demands based on business impact and strategic value
• Strong experience translating between technical analytics teams and nontechnical business and healthcare stakeholders
• Demonstrated focus on adoption, usability, and measurable value of analytics products, beyond the delivery of dashboards and reports
• Healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred, with an understanding of how clinical, operational, financial, and executive audiences use data to support decision-making
