Job summary

Walmart seeks a Sr. Mgr of Advanced Analytics for Walmart+ Acquisitions Data Strategy in Bentonville, AR. You will own analytics for acquisition programs, design experiments, and convert insights into strategic actions with cross-functional teams.

You’ll lead analytics partnerships, develop predictive models, and communicate results to executives, while mentoring a high-performing team and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
• 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
• Experience with SAS or R.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics for major Walmart+ Acquisitions programs and initiative launches through tracking, reporting, testing, and post-launch deep dives.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments, holdouts) to evaluate acquisition levers and lifecycle interventions.
• Leverage advanced analytics and data science techniques to reach a true “why” understanding.
• Bring insights unprompted and surface opportunities, risks, and needs for monitoring.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking for leadership to view results clearly.
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives that influence stakeholders and senior leadership.
