Job summary

Ascend Learning is hiring a Senior BI Analyst to build advanced Tableau dashboards and translate business needs into actionable BI solutions. You will work with Snowflake/EDW datasets, mentor teammates, and optimize reporting for quality and scalability.

The role is hybrid, with potential remote candidates within the United States; a strong background in data visualization and analytics is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of expert-level Tableau experience with complex LOD and dynamic visuals.
Strong SQL skills and SSMS experience.
Experience with Snowflake and enterprise data warehouses.
Experience with enterprise database technologies (SSMS, SQL Server, DB2, Oracle).
Experience administering Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.

Responsibilities

Develop advanced, modern Tableau dashboards with UI/UX best practices.
Collaborate with partners to translate analytical needs into scalable BI solutions.
Prepare, optimize, and validate datasets using Snowflake and EDW structures.
Provide clear data insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Mentor BI teammates in Tableau, data modeling, and analytics.
Oversee and enhance custom reporting for quality and scalability.
