DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead analytics across multiple sites, mentoring analysts and driving strategic insights. You will champion modern analytics tools, ensure high-quality reporting, and partner with Operations, HR, and Finance to deliver tailored analytical solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in Power BI and SQL, and experience building data pipelines. Occasional travel to Northern CA, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and Phoenix is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Proven experience leading analytics teams or cross-functional analytics projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and DAX expressions.
• Strong SQL skills and scripting languages such as Python or R.

• Stay current with analytics trends and apply best practices to enhance reporting and automation.
• Support site startups by implementing analytics frameworks and tools.
• Serve as a key point of contact for analytics community initiatives and Power BI governance.

The Business Analytics Manager may be based in California, Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, or the Greater Phoenix, AZ area. Regular travel to Northern California, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Phoenix is required (approximately 15%-20% travel).

The Business Analytics Manager role has a national salary range of $85,000- $150,000.

You’ll lead a team of site-level analysts, support operational leaders with strategic reporting, and champion the adoption of modern analytics tools. • Proven experience leading analytics teams or managing cross-functional analytics projects, required
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and DAX expressions, required
• Strong SQL skills and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R, required
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with structured and unstructured data sources, required
• Deep understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and modern analytics methodologies, required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of analytics tools, required
• Ability to work fully onsite if role is based out of a warehouse, required
