DHL Supply Chain seeks a Business Analytics Manager to oversee analytics across multiple sites, mentor analysts, and drive strategic insights for operations. Role involves leading a team, establishing analytics standards, and partnering with Operations, HR, and Finance to deliver data-driven solutions.

Requirements include 4+ years in analytics, expert Power BI, SQL, and scripting skills, plus strong leadership and communication abilities. Onsite work is required where a warehouse role applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years in data analytics or BI.
• Proven experience leading analytics teams.
• Advanced Power BI proficiency (dashboards, DAX).
• Strong SQL; Python or R scripting.
• Experience with data pipelines and diverse data sources.
• Understanding of statistics and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and leadership to drive adoption of analytics tools.
• Onsite availability if role is based out of a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level analytics team, including recruiting and coaching.
• Set analytics standards across the region or sector.
• Improve processes for accuracy and business value.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance to deliver insights.
• Oversee development of Power BI dashboards and ETL pipelines.
• Promote data literacy through training sessions.
• Stay current with analytics trends and governance.
