Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Senior Analyst who will design and manage advanced analytics models to optimize fulfillment metrics and labor. You will partner across teams from Site Directors to FP&A, mentor entry-level analysts, and build scalable data solutions for inventory and procurement insights.

You will work to automate reporting, reduce errors, and drive data-driven decisions with tools like the Supply Chain Dashboard and WBRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analytics.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python or R).
• Experience building SQL queries.
• Experience with Excel (PowerBI, Tableau, and DAX are nice-to-haves).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure to optimize inventory levels and procurement.
• Oversee and enhance tools like Supply Chain Dashboard, FC PDR, and FC WBR for visibility into FC processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and performance through advanced data analytics and build predictive models.
• Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions and collaborate across teams.
