Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Principal FP&A professional to drive end-to-end financial analyses, pricing strategy, promotions, and category profitability across ecommerce brands. You will own PVM analysis, forecasting, and margin modeling, partnering with Merchandising, Category, and Commercial leadership to shape executive decisions.

Expect to lead complex SQL/Snowflake-based reporting and build scalable dashboards with Power BI and Excel, while guiding launches and ROI analyses.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or merchandising finance.
Deep expertise in SQL and Snowflake to build financial models and dashboards.
Proven ability to drive category profitability and ROI through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Partner with Merchandising, Category, or Commercial leadership on pricing strategy, promotions, and assortment profitability.
Own end-to-end financial support for new SKU/brand launches, including forecasting, margin modeling, and post-launch performance analysis.
Lead financial modeling, PVM analysis, and scenario planning to identify margin improvement and inventory efficiency levers.
Evaluate marketing spend and incrementality, collaborating with Marketing and FP&A leadership on ROI and downstream impacts.
Communicate data-dense findings clearly to senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
