Job summary

Spreetail in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst to design and manage advanced analytics models and tooling that optimize inventory, procurement, and fulfillment. You will automate reporting, forecast key metrics up to a year in advance, and deliver data-driven insights that improve labor and operations, partnering with Site Directors and FP&A while mentoring entry-level analysts.

You will work through Spreetail's Work Your Way approach—flexible locations (home, coffee shop, or office)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analytics.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python or R).
• Experience building SQL queries.
• Experience with Excel; Power BI, Tableau, and DAX are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage advanced analytics models and tooling to optimize operations.
• Develop and maintain tools like Supply Chain Dashboard, FC PDR and FC WBR.
• Automate reporting and predict key fulfillment metrics 1+ years ahead.
• Provide data-driven insights to support inventory and labor decisions.
• Collaborate with Site Directors and FP&A across teams.
• Mentor entry-level analysts and promote learning.
