Job summary

Justworks is seeking a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics in New York City. You will lead a team of data scientists focused on pricing, forecasting, MMM, and other decision intelligence work across Finance, Marketing, and Product Marketing.

You will partner with business leaders to frame decisions, design robust models, and validate outputs. The role requires 8+ years in data science with leadership experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and a strategic mindset to drive executive decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or advanced analytics with depth in forecasting, pricing, MMM, or causal inference.
• 3+ years in people management leading data science/analytics teams.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for statistical analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data scientists focused on advanced analytics across Finance, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for Advanced Analytics aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with executives to frame decisions and design the right technical approach.
