Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in analytics, statistics, or data-driven research.
• Ability to translate business questions into data-driven analytical approaches.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analytics & Problem Solving: analyze healthcare data to identify trends and insights; translate questions into analytical approaches; deliver actionable recommendations.
• Client & Business Consulting: align analytics with client objectives; communicate methodologies and findings to stakeholders; support PBM pricing and networks.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work with sales, clinical, finance, underwriting, operations, and marketing teams; deliver analytical solutions.
• Project Management & Quality: manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, ensure accuracy of outputs and client deliverables.
