Job summary

AL-MONITOR is seeking an Executive Director, Product & Analytics to lead our digital product and the data behind it. You will drive the roadmap, lead a cross-functional team, and ensure our website and mobile apps run fast, stable, and grow with a seamless subscriber journey across HubSpot, Pantheon, and ChargeBee.

You’ll collaborate with editorial, marketing, business, and leadership, owning sprints, backlog, and delivery while translating complex work into clear roadmaps and updates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, engineering, or technology.
• Own digital product roadmap end to end.
• Hands-on agile delivery and Jira.
• Familiar with Pantheon, HubSpot, and subscription platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own AL-MONITOR’s digital product across website and mobile apps, and its analytics.
• Lead and develop the product and analytics team across disciplines.
• Own sprint planning, backlog in Jira, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate with editorial, marketing, business, and leadership on priorities.
