Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics Platform to lead and scale our Analytics Platform team. You will own the analytics tooling stack, build reliable data foundations, and enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will bridge Analytics and Data Platform Engineering, guide semantic modeling and AI-ready data infrastructure, hire and mentor a high-performing team, and drive adoption of modern data practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related field with people management.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, Snowflake; strong dimensional modeling knowledge.
• Experience building and leading data teams, hiring and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Own the Analytics data model end-to-end with stakeholders to serve as single source of truth.
• Hire, manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Analytics Engineering team.
• Coordinate between Analytics and Data Platform Engineering on architecture and contracts.
• Own and evolve the semantic layer for consistent metrics across tools.
• Define coding standards, CI/CD, data quality monitoring and documentation.
• Lead cross-team data initiatives from scoping to execution.
• Evaluate new technologies including AI-assisted data tooling.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape data strategy and roadmap.
