• Identify opportunities for business impact through customer and behavioral data analysis, translating findings into a prioritized analytics roadmap.
• Develop and maintain customer KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success metrics to evaluate business performance and customer outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy, and Finance teams to embed analytics into product development and business decision-making.
• Drive analytical rigor across experimentation, customer measurement, and strategic business analyses.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategy and fostering a customer-centric, data-driven culture.
