Members collaborate across functions to identify data sources, ensure data quality, and develop robust analytical models. What you'll do:
- Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis.
- Develop and implement data strategies aligned with business objectives to unlock value from data assets.
- Build, validate, and tune predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable models and monitor their performance.
- Mentor junior team members on analytical methods, coding best practices, and data storytelling.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and data science methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python programming and advanced data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of data strategy, including data quality standards, governance, and scalable data storage solutions.
- Experience conducting exploratory data analysis and applying statistical methods to interpret complex datasets.
- Ability to assess, validate, and tune models using best practices and relevant evaluation metrics.
- Understanding of business context to translate requirements into actionable data-driven solutions.
- Skilled in coding, testing, and deploying models and data applications in production environments.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
