Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking a highly technical Sr. Analyst, Testing & Personalization to join our Analytics & Insights team. This role is deeply hands-on, focused on rigorous statistical analysis of A/B tests and personalization placements.

The ideal candidate translates technical results into insights that inform testing and personalization strategy. This person will own the technical analysis of experiments, build processes, documentation, and reporting standards to guide how the team designs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–4 years modeling data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• 2+ years designing and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests and personalization.
• Strong statistical knowledge including significance testing and sample size calculations.
• 2–3 years SQL experience with Snowflake or similar cloud databases.
• Experience with GA4 and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlik).

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous statistical analysis of A/B and multivariate tests.
• Build and improve reporting templates and standards for test results.
• Analyze personalization placements and optimization opportunities.
• Translate results into clear recommendations and prioritize roadmap.
• Analyze browsing and purchase patterns to inform hypotheses.
• QA onsite tagging and testing implementations and resolve data discrepancies.
