Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Allocation and Technology teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions that drive informed business decisions and support key promotional and planning initiatives.

This role focuses on end-to-end reporting, data analysis, requirements documentation, and BI improvements in a retail setting, working closely with merchandising and planning teams to enable effective decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Retail concepts and business processes.
• 2+ years of Retail experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Comfort interacting with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy preferred).
• Experience with Access/MS-SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with Island Pacific Merchandising, Qlik reporting, or Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions in a Retail environment.
• Analyze data, document business requirements, and automate reports.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by merchandising and planning partners.
• Support promotions, planning initiatives, and BI improvements.
• Coordinate activities with business, technical, and IT teams.
• Identify tasks, reprioritize as needed, and propose solutions.
