Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in a deep analytical role, including 3+ years external client-facing/consulting.
• Advanced expertise in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python).
• Proficiency with leading BI and data viz platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) to design executive dashboards.
• Ability to translate complex analytical results into clear recommendations for non-technical executives.
• Identify and articulate next-phase opportunities within client engagements (upsell/cross-sell).

Responsibilities

• Delivery and Client Relationship Management: guide strategic decision-making by translating analytics into actionable business strategies.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts, data scientists, and developers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
