Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of internal audit practices and audit lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics, including data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
• Experience with SQL; Python, Power BI, Excel, and enterprise analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute data analytics across all phases of the audit lifecycle.
• Design risk-based analytic procedures including full-population testing and continuous auditing.
• Partner with audit teams to integrate analytics into planning, testing, and reporting.
• Develop and interpret analytic results to support leadership decisions in healthcare audits.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to support audit reporting and portfolio oversight.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to auditors and data analysts; mentor team members.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to define data requirements and ensure proper use of enterprise data assets.
• Contribute to analytics standards and continuous improvement across Audit Services.
