Job summary

BNY Investments seeks a Senior Specialist, Sales Performance & Operations to join the North America Distribution team in New York. You will develop automated data workflows, maintain datasets, and create dashboards to support reporting and analytics across Investment Management.

The role requires strong SQL skills and collaboration with sales stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a quantitative background, experience with BI tools, and excellent communication to translate business requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative or STEM field.
Relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
Strong SQL skills with experience building automated workflows and dashboards.
Excellent communication and ability to translate requirements to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated data workflows, datasets, dashboards and visualizations to support reporting and analytical needs.
Partner with business and sales stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
Analyse, reconcile and monitor data from internal and external sources, ensuring data quality.
Use SQL and BI tools to extract, analyse and present complex data clearly.
