Job summary

The Mayo Clinic is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive multimedia distribution and digital asset management projects. You will translate business needs into functional specifications, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the full project lifecycle with data-driven insights.

With a strong background in Excel/SQL/Tableau and Agile practices, you will deliver dashboards, reports, and analytical tools while aligning with strategic objectives and enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years experience in business analysis or related field.
• Master’s degree and 4 years experience preferred.
• Proficient with data management, analysis and visualization tools including Excel, SQL, Tableau.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides business analysis services for multimedia distribution solutions at local, institutional or enterprise level.
• Documents business objectives and requirements with stakeholders; translates to functional specs.
• Applies systems engineering discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develops reporting and analytical solutions to support practice management, including dashboards and reports.
• Delivers actionable insights through analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, Denodo).
• May manage mid-level projects and coordinate delivery with project leaders.
