Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage operational activities across programs and service lines.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop agendas, capture action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
• Pull, clean, analyze, and validate data from various systems and sources.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance and outcomes.
• Translate analytics into clear, compelling stories for leaders and stakeholders.
• Track program metrics, KPIs, milestones, and operational performance.
• Support strategic planning, communications, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, summaries, and insights.
• Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations based on data.
• Serve as a connector across teams to drive alignment and execution.
