Job summary

dentsu seeks an experienced Lead Analyst, Analytics to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional and client teams across campaigns and channels.

You will develop predictive models, perform ROI, attribution and A/B testing, build dashboards, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance in financial services contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, ML, or related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication with client-facing experience.
• Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Familiarity with Financial Services industry data.

Responsibilities

• Perform ROI modeling, attribution analysis to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Develop customer segmentation models for targeted mail campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain predictive models for DM response, conversion and CLV.
• Develop, implement, and maintain statistical and ML models using Python and SQL (BigQuery).
• Build simulation and forecasting applications to model campaign scenarios.
• Create dashboards and automated reporting to track KPIs and model health.
• Write efficient SQL queries and data transformation pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, harmonization, and compliance across analytics projects.
• Design data models for real-time and historical campaign analysis.
