dentsu is seeking a Lead Analyst, Analytics to join our team and translate business problems into scalable data-driven solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver actionable insights that align with marketing objectives.
You’ll build predictive models, run A/B tests, develop segmentation strategies, and deploy dashboards. Proficiency in Python and SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau is required, with a Finance/FS background preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst, Analytics professional to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate willpossessa strong quantitative background, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functionaland clientteams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain statistical and machine learning models using Python and SQL (Google BigQuery preferred)
Create dashboards and automated reporting to track campaign metrics, KPIs, and monitor model health
Ensure data quality, harmonization, and compliance across analytical projects per financial services regulations
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives

Many of our employees who live within commuting distance (90 minutes) from one of our Headquarter or Hub Offices (New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles) are required to work in the office 2-3 days per week including one Team Day. The minimum number of days may vary by office and role. Dentsu may designate other HQ or Hub offices at any time. Those who do not live near an office may be designated as a remote employee, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect you to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office from time to time.
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$112,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
