dentsu seeks an experienced Lead Analyst, Analytics to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional and client teams across campaigns and channels.
You will develop predictive models, perform ROI, attribution and A/B testing, build dashboards, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance in financial services contexts.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst, Analytics professional to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate willpossessa strong quantitative background, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functionaland clientteams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize creative, messaging, offers, and targeting strategies
Design, build, and maintain predictive models for direct mail campaign response rates, conversion, and customer lifetime value
Develop, implement, and maintain statistical and machine learning models using Python and SQL (Google BigQuery preferred)
Create dashboards and automated reporting to track campaign metrics, KPIs, and monitor model health
Ensure data quality, harmonization, and compliance across analytical projects per financial services regulations
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Data Science,Computer Science,Mathematics, Statistics,Business Analytics,or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, or a related field.
Effective verbal and written communication skillswithclient-facing experience.
Proficiencyin SQL (GoogleBigQuerypreferred) and Python.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Familiarity with Financial Services industry and experience working with product, transaction, and customer-level data.
Strong data structuring,andanalyticalproblem-solving skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Many of our employees who live within commuting distance (90 minutes) from one of our Headquarter or Hub Offices (New York, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles) are required to work in the office 2-3 days per week including one Team Day. The minimum number of days may vary by office and role. Dentsu may designate other HQ or Hub offices at any time. Those who do not live near an office may be designated as a remote employee, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect you to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office from time to time.
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$112,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
