Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Principal Analyst, Customer Journey Analytics & Digital Insights, to lead Adobe CJA initiatives and deliver data-driven insights for the marketing organization.

The role requires 5–9 years in digital analytics, strong skills in attribution, A/B testing, and a remote-friendly mindset. The position is temporary (about 6 months) with a pay rate of $70–$80 per hour, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of digital/marketing analytics experience.
• Hands-on with Adobe CJA and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong business partnership and storytelling with data.
• Familiar with multi-touch attribution and funnel measurement.
• Daily use of generative AI tools in analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing methodology.
• Remote-friendly in Slack-based environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own Adobe CJA as a business platform, dashboards, attribution models, and journey maps.
• Serve as an embedded analytics consultant across marketing teams including Trial, SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Lifecycle.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready insights and recommendations tied to business impact.
• Build attribution and journey measurement frameworks connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and optimization experiments.
• Own self-service analytics tools, templates, and enablement resources.
• Use generative AI daily to accelerate analysis and reporting.
