Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership and servicing management to improve performance across collections and servicing.
• Develop automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
• Analyze delinquency trends, roll rates, and portfolio performance.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Write ad hoc SQL and perform data analysis for leadership requests.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
