Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years of professional experience including 1 year in strategy, data analytics, or financial analytics.
• Strong financial and business modeling skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau).
• Experience with data manipulation tools (SQL, Alteryx, Python, or R).

Responsibilities

• Partner across the organization to support planning, growth, and monetization of LPL’s Wealth Management business.
• Contribute to the development of long-term strategies and roadmaps to evaluate new opportunities and initiatives.
• Lead the creation of monthly business performance readouts, synthesizing data and insights for senior leadership.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Finance, and Wealth Management teams to drive impactful outcomes.
• Build, monitor, and enhance reporting frameworks to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.
