Job summary

good2grow is seeking a Retailer Sales Insights Analyst in Atlanta to transform retailer and customer data into actionable insights. You will analyze retailer performance, craft data-driven stories for presentations, and support sales decisions with your analyses.

This hybrid role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills, with 2–3 years in retailer analytics. Travel is minimal, and you will collaborate across teams to deliver insights and recommendations for strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of experience in similar responsibilities.
• 2+ years with Retailer analytics in CPG, retail, consumer goods or sales experience
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and Excel
• Willingness to learn AI-powered analytics tools (Claude or similar)
• Comfort with customer-facing data applications and retailer portals
• Experience with CPG syndicated data

Responsibilities

• Analyze retailer and channel performance using Claude, retailer portals, and syndicated data. Review results for accuracy and sound business logic before sharing insights in customer meetings.
• Support the Manager in preparing retailer business reviews, sales stories, channel strategies, and customer presentations by gathering data and developing key insights.
• Help create Decision Intelligence build briefs by outlining the business problem, tool requirements, and success criteria; may build simple automations after intake meeting.
• Research competitive activity and category and channel trends to shape retailer strategies and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
