The role requires a Bachelor's or 2–3 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and a willingness to learn AI-powered analytics tools. On-site 2–3 days weekly, with a hybrid schedule and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of experience in analytics or sales.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and Excel.
• Willlingness to learn AI-powered analytics tools (Claude or similar).
• Hybrid work environment with on-site 2–3 days per week.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retailer and channel performance using data portals and syndicated data, ensuring accuracy.
• Develop data-driven stories for customer presentations and retailer reviews.
• Support sales decisions and channel strategies with actionable insights.
• Create briefs for retailer and channel needs; outline problems, tool requirements and success criteria.
• Conduct competitive and category trend research to inform retailer strategies.
