Job summary

Judi Health in New York, NY and Denver, CO is seeking a highly technical Senior Analyst to support the Analytics team. You will lead analytics projects, collaborate with business stakeholders to develop reporting solutions, and translate complex data findings into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across programs and operations.

The role requires 3+ years of data analytics experience, proficiency with SQL, and hands-on experience with Tableau and cloud data warehouses

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or Medicare.
Experience with pharmacy and medical claims data and client reporting metrics.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis with strong documentation practices.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and cloud-based data warehouses.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics projects, collaborating with stakeholders to develop reporting solutions and actionable insights.
Produce strategic insights on program performance, compliance, utilization trends, and financial projections.
Ensure data integrity with clear documentation of query logic, methodologies, and key assumptions.
Build recurring firm-wide insights reports synthesizing trends and opportunities across departments.
