Job summary

Seer Interactive is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to serve as the connective tissue between business strategy and measurement. You will own client relationships, define strategy, and deliver results with a focus on 60% traditional analytics and 40% GEO measurement.

You’ll work with GA4, Adobe Analytics, and AI-powered measurement to drive business outcomes. You will mentor teammates, build scalable analytics frameworks, and partner with cross-functional teams to evolve client reporting

Qualifications

• Senior Analytics Manager with client-facing experience and ability to translate data findings into business outcomes.
• Experience architecting measurement solutions on GA4/Adobe Analytics is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of analytics governance, tagging, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and build large-scale digital analytics solutions for clients.
• Audit implementations for gaps and issues; recommend feasible solutions.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking data to business outcomes.
• Lead GEO measurement initiatives and test & learn programs.
• Present findings and strategic insights to client stakeholders.
