Job summary

Seer Interactive is seeking an Analytics Manager who bridges business strategy, customer behavior, experimentation, and measurement. You will own client relationships, drive strategy, and deliver results across traditional analytics and GEO measurement, leveraging AI-native workflows to accelerate insights.

This client-facing role requires hands-on analytics work, audits, and dashboarding in LookerStudio, PowerBI, and Tableau to translate data into strategic actions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting analytics implementations for large digital ecosystems.
• Ability to audit and QA analytics setups and surface gaps.
• Ability to design business-outcome oriented measurement frameworks.
• Proficiency in discussing incrementality and causal inference concepts.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and architect large-scale digital analytics implementations on GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
• Audit implementations for gaps and issues; recommend feasible solutions.
• Build measurement frameworks tying data to business outcomes and nonlinear journeys.
• Implement tags via Tag Management Systems and collaborate with developers and clients.
• Write clear technical documentation for teams and clients.
• Partner with clients to develop GEO measurement strategies across AI-powered search.
• Define hypotheses, test designs, and evaluate causal relationships in GEO experiments.
• Present findings and strategic insights to client stakeholders and executives.
