Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics engineering or data engineering experience, with progression to staff-level scope and impact.
• Deep SQL expertise and strong Python skills.
• Strong data modeling fundamentals — clean, extensible, well-documented models; dbt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the semantic layer: design and maintain metrics, dimensions, data models as single source of truth.
• Architect for AI-readiness: power AI-driven analytics with clean schemas and strong data contracts.
• Drive data quality end-to-end: add observability, testing, and alerting in pipelines.
