Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics engineering or senior analytics roles.
• Deep healthcare data experience (FHIR/HL7, ICD-10, CPT) and HIPAA privacy.
• Proficient in SQL, dbt, Python and orchestration platforms.
• Ability to implement data governance, security, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable analytics models and data transformations.
• Develop scalable pipelines for large healthcare datasets.
• Design real-time alerting and data freshness checks.
