Job summary

Inland seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead the Enterprise Analytics team, shaping the Atlas Data Foundation Program and delivering AI-ready insights across investment, finance, and operations. You will design pipelines, semantic models, and certified datasets in a governed analytics environment powered by Azure.

Work with stakeholders to define business outcomes, build enterprise reporting, and advance AI-enabled analytics including Copilot in Power BI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI, analytics engineering, or data engineering.
• 4+ years Power BI with semantic modeling and DAX.
• 3+ years in CRE, investments, or financial services.
• 2+ years API-based integrations and cloud data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics partner for Atlas Data Foundation and translate data domains into reporting assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across investments, finance, asset management, property management, leasing, and investor relations to define outcomes.
• Design data pipelines, semantic models, and enterprise reporting structures.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes and monitor data reliability in Azure ecosystem.
