VALCE T@lent Solutions seeks a senior data engineer to build and optimize data pipelines using dbt, Python, and Airflow in a fast-paced US environment. You will craft analytics-ready data models and dashboards that empower decision-making.

Lead the design of scalable data models, translate business needs into reporting solutions, and ensure data quality with strong SQL, DAX, and Power BI expertise. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of data analytics/engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Python for complex transformations and integrations.
• Hands-on dbt and modern ELT practices.
• Dimensional modeling knowledge.
• Experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
• Power BI expertise including DAX and performance tuning.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows with dbt and Python DAGs in Airflow.
• Create clean, scalable data models for analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams; work with SQL and data warehouses.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX measures.
• Translate business requirements into data models and reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
• Troubleshoot data issues across pipelines from source to reporting.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity on tasks.
