Total Wine & More in Bethesda, MD seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to transform raw data into trusted insights. You will bridge data engineering and analysis, building scalable data models and semantic layers to empower merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and e-commerce teams.

You will work with dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, and modern data tooling, ensuring data quality and governance while collaborating across a large matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Expert-level SQL skills and strong experience with modern data stack tools.
• Experience building scalable, well-documented data models for self-service analytics.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and semantic layers across domains (sales/inventory/customer loyalty).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust data models to support dashboards and analytics.
• Partner with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business logic into transformations.
• Own semantic layers and data marts powering KPIs and advanced analytics.
