Clearway Energy is seeking a Senior Analyst, Analytics Engineering to connect business questions with trusted data. You will collaborate with asset managers and CA and MOT teams to build data models, dashboards, and lightweight predictive analyses.

The role blends analytics, engineering, and stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid setup, with three in-office days in Scottsdale. You will own revenue analytics, SAP data modeling in Snowflake, and dbt development, while delivering reliable reporting

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years in data analysis, BI, or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Hands-on dbt experience with data tests and documentation.
• Proficiency in Python for data prep, scripting, and lightweight modeling.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with modern BI tools.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business questions into metrics and datasets.
• Excellent communication and documentation to enable data consumers across teams.

Aufgaben

• Bridge business questions and data to deliver reports, dashboards, and light predictive analyses.
• Model SAP data in Snowflake for accounting, procurement, and O&M reporting.
• Develop and maintain dbt models (staging, intermediate, marts) and perform data testing.
• Build and maintain revenue analytics reporting and variance/trend analyses.
• Create self-service data apps (Hex, Streamlit) and visualization dashboards.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations stakeholders to define mappings and reconciliation rules.
• Use Python for automation, prototyping forecasting, and data preparation.
• Ensure data quality, timeliness, and documentation; apply version control with GitLab.
