Job summary

The Premier Health Analytics Team is seeking a Senior Analytics Developer to deliver high‑complexity reports, dashboards and analytical solutions. The role mentors others, gathers stakeholder requirements, and ensures secure, cost‑effective data platforms for self‑service analytics.

You will develop ETL routines and end‑user reports, collaborating with IT, clinical and financial leaders, and aiming for high customer satisfaction and continual knowledge growth in analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT with 7+ years IT experience or related Bachelor’s with 9+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, substantial job-related experience and project work acceptable.
• Experience analytics, SQL coding, visualization, and data structures; advanced SQL required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex analytics reports, dashboards, and predictive insights.
• Develop, test, and implement analytics solutions with high complexity.
• Mentor less senior team members and collaborate with IT and leadership.
• Gather requirements, develop ETL routines, and populate data repositories.
• Ensure solutions are secure, cost-effective, and user-friendly.
• Lead medium to large analytics projects and manage change control.
