Job summary

Crunchr in Boston is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own data integration and pipeline work for HR analytics initiatives. You will consolidate and structure HR data from multiple sources and partner with customers during and after implementation.

You will lead data quality improvements, contribute to scalable architectures, and work closely with the Engineering team and CSMs to deliver actionable insights for our clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, Data Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with senior-level technical ownership.
• Hands-on Python skills and strong data engineering fundamentals.
• Comfortable advising and presenting to senior stakeholders and translating complexity.
• Affinity with HR or People Analytics domain.
• Actively embrace AI as part of how you work.
• Great fit with our core values.
• Based in or near Boston, able to work from our office at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical owner for your customer accounts, end-to-end.
• Identify data quality gaps and enable analytics opportunities.
• Improve code quality, pipeline architecture, and ways of working.
• Set up integrations with HRIS like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead data-related discussions and build trust with stakeholders.
• Bring AI into workflows to improve speed, quality, or consistency.
