Elastic is seeking a hands-on data analytics engineer to build and maintain HR data pipelines on GCP/BigQuery with a dbt model and an AI-powered analytics layer. You will stand up recruiting reporting as a production use case and work with the Director of HR Analytics on architecture decisions.

The role focuses on moving the organization toward self-service insights for senior stakeholders, with dashboards and governance for sensitive data across geographies.

Formación

• 2+ years building and maintaining data pipelines in GCP.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for analytics.
• Experience extracting and modeling data from HRIS/ATS (Workday/Greenhouse).
• Proven ability to build dashboards in Looker/Tableau or code-based tools.
• Ability to work across geographies and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain HR data pipelines in BigQuery/dbt linking HR systems.
• Develop AI-powered analytics layer and self-service dashboards.
• Collaborate with data scientist and central data platform team.
• Establish data governance for sensitive HR and compensation data.
• Create scalable deployment and reporting for recruiting insights.
