Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Data Engineer - People Analytics to design and build data warehouse models, data pipelines, and analytics capabilities for HR and workforce insights. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and analytics partners to deliver scalable data solutions in cloud platforms, ensure data quality, governance, and enable reproducible analysis with Python and R.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
• 3+ years' experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 2+ years' experience programming in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• 3+ years' experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• 2+ years' experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery).
• 2+ years' experience with scheduling tools like Airflow or Composer.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage robust data pipelines and ETL processes that integrate HR data from various systems.
• Develop and optimize data workflows for accuracy, quality, and availability for People Analytics and stakeholders.
• Oversee a team of data engineers, providing mentorship and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to structure data for analysis and create reproducible workflows for reporting in Python/R.
