CVS Health is seeking a Data Engineer for the People Analytics Data Engineering team to develop data warehouses, pipelines, and analytics workflows across HR data sources in cloud platforms.

You will design robust data pipelines, optimize data workflows, and lead a team of data engineers while collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable, governed data for reporting and decision making.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
• 3+ years' experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 2+ years' experience programming in Python for data manipulation.
• 3+ years' experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• 2+ years' experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery).
• 2+ years' experience with scheduling tools like Airflow or Composer.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and manage data pipelines and ETL processes integrating HR data from systems like Workday and payroll.
• Develop and optimize data workflows ensuring data quality and availability for stakeholders across HR and business units.
• Oversee a team of data engineers, providing mentorship and enforcing coding standards.
• Collaborate with HR analytics to structure data for analysis, develop data models, and enable reproducible reporting in Python/R.
• Ensure data governance and security aligned with company policies and regulations, focusing on HR data confidentiality.
• Partner with HR leaders, IT, and People Analytics to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
