Fanatics Inc. is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer for Topps Digital, part of Fanatics. This role bridges raw data and business decisions, owning BI dashboards and AI-powered insights.

You will partner with functional leads to shape performance understanding and drive decisions, acting as a thought leader in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in analytics, strong SQL, dashboard expertise, and experience with Databricks and AWS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills with ability to write, QA, and optimize complex queries against large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data infrastructure, including AWS services and the Databricks platform.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Experience integrating AI tools into analytics workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira, and familiarity with agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives end-to-end, from problem scoping to decision-ready recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, automated reporting, and AI-driven insight tools within Databricks.
• Define KPI definitions and data pipelines; standardize reporting across teams.
• Present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership, defending methodology.
• Diagnose root causes in data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
